Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MY ORDERS
May I cancel or change my order after it is submitted?
We begin processing your order as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it! Unfortunately, order details including item, address changes, and credit card information may not be changed or modified after they are submitted. A new replacement order must be submitted to correct any information or error. Please see our Return Policy for additional information if a return is needed.
Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time, you may place your order only on our website.
How would I know if my order was successfully placed?
At checkout, you should see a confirmation. Also, you will receive an email with order details and confirmation.
Why have I not received my order confirmation email?
Usually there are two reasons: (1) the email address provided may be obsolete, incorrect or outdated; (2) You may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.
My order was cancelled, why do I still see the charge on my credit card statement?
You will see a pending charge on your bank account as soon as you submit your order. If your order was cancelled, we send this information to your bank so that they will remove the pending charge from your account. Depending on how your individual bank handles authorizations, this may take 1 to several days to resolve. Please contact your bank directly for more information or assistance.
My ordered was cancelled, what does this mean?
Some items sell so fast that the inventory on our website did not have a chance to catch up with the order system. We update our inventory as quickly as possible to avoid such situations; however, sometimes some items are out of stock in our Fulfillment Center. When this happens we immediately try to locate a replacement and that may not always be successful. We understand this can be an inconvenience and we're sorry for it.
If you paid with a credit card, the pending authorization against this order should be released from your account within a few business days. If you paid with a debit card or PayPal, your statement may reflect a pending authorization. The authorization will not be completed and the funds will be restored within 2-14 business days. Please contact your banking institution for further information. If you paid with a gift card a replacement will be sent to you via email. If you applied a Reward to your order, it is available for you to use until the printed expiration date.
Who should I contact if I haven't received my order?
We begin processing orders immediately and do this every day Monday through Friday. We do not process orders or ship them on weekends or holidays. If you still think your order is missing, contact us through our email at ojcurves@gmail.com during normal business hours.
How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
We will send you an email that you used when placing your order. So it is important that your email address is accurate and current.
What should I do if my order is delayed, lost or stolen?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we will do everything we can to assist, Oj Boutique is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Common causes of delivery issues may include weather conditions, carrier delays, or delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Most shipping carriers allow customers to add special delivery instructions directly through the carrier’s tracking page. We recommend updating your preferences there or contacting the carrier directly if you have specific delivery needs.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please try the following steps:

Importand Information About Returns.
If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected, eligible items may get returned within 14 days from receipt for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the net price after discounts and/or coupons no expections. We will apply the following rules to process your return:
- Returns are accepted for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
- Any original shipping cost incurred will not be refunded.
- All returned merchandise will incur a return shipping fee of $5 per return.
- Merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received and should be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and sealable, with original tags attached, and all packaging materials included.

Beauty products may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and the original cellophane is fully intact.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- All customers are responsible for the return shipping fees per the schedule below. Oj Boutique will provide you with a shipping label in the return process and the fee will be deducted from your return refund amount.

Returns Using Your Own Shipping Label
If you choose to return an item using your own shipping label instead of the prepaid return label provided, you are responsible for ensuring the return is properly tracked. You must contact us and provide the return tracking numberso we can identify and process your return upon arrival.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Returns sent without a tracking number may not be identifiable once received, which can result in delays or the inability to process a refund.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please know in some cases we may ask for pictures of the damage for quality control purposes.
